He and Gambit were my two favorite characters from the comics, and Wolverine was by far the best written and acted in one of the best X-Men franchise characters. I thought it would be a good idea! I'm counting down the days until he came out. I went to the theater, and was not disappointed, but not thrilled either. It was a middle-of-the-road movie that seemed to have no idea what it meant to be. But I would say see it, if you're the X-Men Hugh Jackman or fan.The major offense committed in Wolverine is in writing. I always say, the writers do not get enough money for a good movie. But no amount of good acting (and all of Wolverine well with what you get), and the director can not hide poor writing that. The script is all over the place. She does not have any content, even sharp feel of the first two X-Men movies. Wolves intelligent and joke jokes were completely forgotten. It wouldve been good if we could have decided that Wolverine dark, almost evil character that was supposed to be against the loss of memory. But they did not. He was neither good nor bad.
