Review:
Just saw Woody Allen's latest movie in theaters now, and after all these years, he still has not lost his touch. Cate Blanchett completely overshadows here, the most interesting character by far. What a powerful and emotional functioning (the best Ive seen of it)! There are some hilarious moments with her, but you will also feel the condition that she was depressed, and even damage to her mental health. Also, I really enjoyed the way Woody tells a story, always go back and forth in time. The end was really devastating and, as usual, part of the dialogue of the prominent in this film. Blue Jasmine is definitely much better than the previous works Woodys, Roman adventure that I thought it was pretty weak in general. Im glad to see this great film director back in top form with another wonderful movie again.
