Review:
This movie was a pleasant surprise for me because I think it would be more of a horror movie ... I would not call it, named Ma is a suspense thriller with great good twist here and there. I love the characters and the story. The actors did a good job, especially. the young male college students. This is a story that could really happen, IMO. Music is an important part of the movie, too. Good soundtrack, while I knew it, it did not take away from the scene but was building my anxiety! It is like another character. Definitely worth a look for all the right reasons. Very interesting and kept my attention throughout. All this without the blood and guts galore - made me think of Alfred Hitchcock horror movie kind of old, but more dependent relative, n false predictions and fantasy. Finally, I thought I had the plot figured out, but I'm surprised to see that I was wrong. Smiles on the way out of the theater.
